Experience ultimate relaxation in luxury vacation villa Ypsilon, near Lisbon, featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, situated in a tranquil area surrounded by golf courses and close to fantastic white sand beaches. The design includes open spaces and large glass windows and sliding doors, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere. The villa embraces a private, luxurious pool, providing a secluded retreat for your enjoyment. End your day with breathtaking views of beautiful sunsets in your private rooftop sky bar, equipped with sink and fridge.

With no steps, this villa is easy to enter and use for guests who have difficulty walking. Both, the ground floor including a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and the garden are accessible for people with reduced mobility. The upper floor is reachable via stairs.

In summer 2026 the basement will be available for relaxation or office work, with large TV, ping pong and football table.

The 50m² pool has a shallow tanning ledge, ideal for sunbathing with your feet in the water or for children to play under active supervision. It also features Infinity Counter Current swimming, for both relaxation and exercise. Pool heating is available on request.

Each bedroom has its own outdoor seating area, perfect for retreating when you need some private peace and quiet. The attractive garden enhances the vacation atmosphere.

For year-round comfort, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating and a cozy fireplace, ensuring a warm and inviting ambiance even during the cooler months.
